Sexual counseling

When sexuality has become difficult to talk about in the relationship

Couple in a calm setting – a symbol of connection and understanding

Why I offer couples and sexual counseling

Why I offer couples and sexual counseling is something I never have to think twice about. Being a couple means not only sharing daily life with each other, but also the intimate moments of sexuality. And how people live those moments varies greatly.

On the way from being in love to being loving partners, quite a few hurdles await us. Often we try to sidestep them — and suddenly we find ourselves in a stalemate, including in our physical togetherness.

Rest assured: this is normal in EVERY relationship. If you feel deep unease, a longing, or a lasting loss of desire, please reach out to me. I naturally also offer individual counseling sessions.

When cultural imprints touch intimacy

Different cultures speak not only different verbal languages, but also different languages of sexuality and intimacy. This is completely normal, but in an intercultural relationship it can lead to misunderstandings that put strain on the relationship. Couples may then find it difficult not to fall into silence. Couples counseling can help you find a shared culture of intimacy.

Individual sexuality

Sexual counseling is also for people who want to explore questions about their own sexuality, whether they are in a relationship or not. This includes all topics that matter to you, including those connected with pain that may not yet have found space to be addressed.

Getting in touch

For organizational reasons, I do not offer appointment scheduling by phone. If you have questions, feel free to reach out in advance by email at contact@paarberatung-kreta.de.

You can request an appointment in the morning or in the evening.

I will get back to you as quickly as I can.
